With a major winter storm on its way and state and local leaders encouraging Texans to stay off the roads if at all possible, Thinkery has announced the following changes to its Thursday and Friday schedule:
Thursday, February 3, 2022
- The museum will be closed. All general admission sessions and field trips have been cancelled.
- Little Thinkers Preschool classes are cancelled for the rest of the week.
Friday, February 4, 2022
- The museum will be operating on a two hour delay. We will be open for general admission beginning at 11am, closing for the day at 5pm.
- Little Thinkers Preschool will remain closed. Classes will resume on Monday, February 7.
Based on the most recent local weather forecasts, we do not expect the winter storm to have any impact on our normal weekend schedule.
We regret any inconvenience these changes may cause, but wish to protect Thinkery staff and visitors from the sub-freezing temperatures and treacherous road conditions this winter storm is expected to bring.
