Volunteer Resources Coordinator, Teen Programs

The Volunteer Resources Coordinator provides support for the overall success of Thinkery volunteer programs. In addition to general program support, the position oversees and implements a menu of volunteer based Teen Programs that provide teens with a meaningful work experience and career training in a safe and supportive environment. Camp Educator (Seasonal)

Camp Educators inspire and motivate campers as a facilitator, encourager and friend. Camp Educators ignite the learning experiences for individual campers and small groups, helping to bring the Thinkery camps to life. Instill and nurture curiosity in campers ranging from pre-K to 5th grade, through sharing your love of science, arts or engineering. Grow as an educator as you work in a team to keep camp running smoothly and campers smiling. Learn more.

Camp Lead Educator (Seasonal)

As a Camp Lead Educator, you can act as either an Instructional Lead or a Team Lead.

Instructional Lead: Share your enthusiasm and passion for STEAM while activating Thinkery's curriculum. Be responsible for implementing Thinkery curriculum by setting up and facilitating inquiry-based activities and design challenges. All with the goal of supporting campers as they expand their problem-solving potential, learn new technologies, and unleash their creativity.

Team Lead: Create the best environment for campers to grow and learn. Team Leads are the manager of a group of pre-K-5th graders and leader of a team of educators and teen counselors-in-training volunteers (CITs). The Team Lead plays a central role in creating and sustaining an excellent Thinkery camp experience for every individual camper and their family. Facilitate alongside your team to help campers ask big questions and think outside the box.

Looking for a great opportunity to build your skills and share your talent and enthusiasm? Thinkery interns help build a creative and collaborative community that celebrates curiosity and discovery.
