Director of Learning Experience

The Director of Learning Experiences oversees the development and implementation of innovative educational experiences as well as the education staff; creates a high-performance culture; develops, motivates and evaluates a diverse, talented team across assigned functions; and develops and executes programs, exhibits and events that produce measurable results and visibility for the organization. They hold a significant responsibility to enrich the visitor experience by administering a creative, positive atmosphere that fosters the joy of learning. Looking for a great opportunity to build your skills and share your talent and enthusiasm? Thinkery interns help build a creative and collaborative community that celebrates curiosity and discovery.
