School and Maker Content Specialist

The School & Maker Content Specialist promotes the museum’s mission and core values by developing, and role-modeling fun, innovative learning experiences for gallery-based programs for visitors and school audience. This individual serves as a museum content expert in making and tinkering that provides fun, play-based, inquiry-rich, STEAM making experiences. The School & Maker Content Specialist works directly with visitors in galleries and gallery-based programs, models facilitation for staff writes curriculum, and provides playful content and training for programs and museum experiences relating to specified content areas.  

Grants Manager

The Grants Manager is responsible for the coordination, writing, and submission of funding proposals and reports to an individual, corporate and foundation donors and sponsors. This position is also responsible for the management and implementation of an annual calendar of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities and donor recognition. Primary duties include identifying, researching, defining and developing funding sources to support existing and planned program activities and special projects.
