Our staff will contact you to confirm dates and times, based on availability within two weeks. Reservations are not confirmed until the $25 reservation fee has been paid. This fee is non-refundable and is due immediately upon confirming your visit.
Before submitting your request, please check your school's calendar regarding bus blackout days, testing days, school holidays, and half days. When selecting date and time preferences for your visit,preferred visit dates, please consider approximate travel time from your school, as well as any guidelines your school may have regarding school bus departure and return times.

Each time slot can accommodate 140 students. Students should be divided into small groups of one adult for every five students.

Thinkery requires one (1) adult chaperone for every five (5) students; Chaperones within the 1:5 ratio will receive complimentary admission.
Additional chaperones (more than 1:5) and siblings will pay $10 each on the day of the visit for their admission.
Chaperones must be teachers, school staff with district identification, parents, guardians or other adults over the age of 18 accompanying the group.
Please reserve the total number of school staff that will be attending the trip. Teachers, teaching assistants, other school staff with district identification count toward the 1:5 ratio.
