Gingerbread Workshops: Cardboard Creations

Bring the whole family to Thinkery’s festive gingerbread-making workshop! Get ready to spice up your creativity this holiday season at Thinkery’s Cardboard Gingerbread House Extravaganza! Perfect for ages 4 and up, this workshop lets families craft sweet, calorie-free gingerbread houses using only cardboard and plenty of merry materials. All Cardboard Gingerbread houses are cut out on a specialty laser cutter at Asmbly Makerspace!

With no sticky mess and all the fun, you’ll create a gingerbread masterpiece that’s merry, bright, and filled with delightful details. Bring your imagination, and we’ll provide the rest—including festive cheer!

Using cardboard, specialty tools, and a sprinkle of holiday spirit, you’ll design a festive creation that’s uniquely yours. Our Thinkery team will offer tips, tricks, and plenty of holiday cheer to help your whimsical ideas come to life!

Festive Finishing Touches: The magic’s in the details! Once your gingerbread house is built, add festive touches like paper “sprinkles,” custom 3D-printed shapes, and other crafty decorations. It’s all the joy of gingerbread decorating without the sugar rush—leaving you with a keepsake that captures the season’s spirit!
