These rotating STEAM pop-ups will allow children a new Thinkery experience during each visit. Get ready to explore hands-on learning in a whole new way! General Admission ticket must be purchased to participate.

Pop-Up Activities: Math & Music

• Shape Shuffle: Bounce into a whirlwind of parachute fun with a zesty geometry twist! Wiggle and jiggle with the parachute, then stretch those creative muscles with giant elastic bands to whip up some geometric masterpieces.
• Musical Instrument Design Challenge: Time to unleash your inner rockstar! Grab everyday objects and craft your very own musical instrument. Let’s get groovy as we discover the symphony hidden in simple stuff!
• Sound Circuits: Be the mad scientist of sound as you hook up everyday items to the Synth-a-Sette! Clip on various conductive goodies and watch in awe as they magically turn into your very own musical gadgets, creating a sound symphony fit for the coolest of concerts.
• Sound Waves: Let’s dive into the world of vibrations with tuning forks! Feel the magic as different frequencies shake things up, revealing how sound waves can make things move in the most delightful ways.
• Dancing Oobleck: Get ready for a mind-blowing experience where sound waves and oobleck collide! With a subwoofer speaker hooked up to a tablet, watch in amazement as the oobleck grooves and wiggles to different sound frequencies, giving you a front-row seat to the wild dance of sound and science!
