    Field Trip Request Form

    • Please fill out this form to request a field trip. We invite you to come and explore with us on Tuesdays through Fridays from October 1, 2024 – May 23, 2025.

      Our staff will contact you to confirm dates and times (based on availability) within two weeks. Reservations are not confirmed until the $25 reservation fee has been paid. This fee is non-refundable and is due immediately upon confirming your visit.

      Before submitting your request, please check your school’s calendar regarding bus blackout days, testing days, school holidays, and half days. When selecting date and time preferences for your visit, please consider approximate travel time from your school, as well as any guidelines your school may have regarding school bus departure and return times.

    • All communication about the visit will go to this person. Please provide the name and contact for the person who will be the lead teacher for the group.
    • Confirmation and invoices will be sent to this email address.
    • Please provide the best number to contact for additional information regarding your visit.
    • Please provide the name and contact information for your campus bookkeeper to assist with completing payments.
      *Schools that receive financial assistance and with high percentage of students from low- income families. If your organization is not a school, please respond “NO”.

    • Group Information

      Each time slot has the maximum capacity of 140 students. Students should be divided into small groups of 5 student to 1 adult.

    • Max of 140 students per time slot.
    • If you are bringing children with different grade levels or a grade not listed, please describe in “Other”

    • Preferred Tour Date/Time

      Days: Tuesdays through Friday*, except the first Tuesday of every month.
      *The second floor will be closed for field trips until 10 am on Fridays. Field trip groups visiting at the 9:30 am – 11 am time slot will have access to the first floor only until 10 am. Groups visiting at the 10:30 am – 12 pm or 11:30 am – 1 pm time slot on Fridays will not be impacted.
