We’re excited to welcome you and to have you learn and play with us.

Here are the instructions to redeem your Membership gift voucher:

1. Log in to our ticketing site. (This will open as a new tab, so you can easily refer back to this page)
2. Select the level of membership shown on your gift voucher; if you’d like to select a higher level and pay the difference, you can do that, too!
3. Once you’ve selected your preferred membership level, click ‘Add to Cart.’
4. Click ‘Check Out’ on the My Cart screen.
5. On the Payment Details page, enter your membership voucher code (including the hyphen) in the Apply Certificate or Membership Voucher field and click ‘Apply to Order’

You will receive a confirmation email immediately verifying your Membership purchase!

• For your reference, your new Membership number will be the ‘Customer Number’ on your confirmation email

Once you have your confirmation email and Membership number, you’re all set! You’ll be able to enjoy all of the amazing benefits of being a Thinkery Member!

Membership benefits are non-transferable and are to be used by the Member’s household and guests only.  Members may receive up to two free admissions when chaperoning field trips. Admission is limited to the adult Members named on the membership card. As a nonprofit organization, Thinkery relies on membership and admission support to continue providing innovative exhibits, outstanding programs, and fun learning opportunities for Texas families. This policy is intended to prevent any misuse of memberships, which results in loss of revenue for our community programs. Thank you for your support and understanding.
