SPARK AFTER DARK

Spark After Dark will be an evening of wonder, learning, and play to celebrate Thinkery’s impact in our community and raise critical funds to ensure ALL children and families can access our inspirational, play-based learning programs through the Open Door Initiative.   

Spark After Dark will offer a unique, after-hours museum experience where guests will enjoy live, interactive art and science demonstrations, maker activities, mocktails & cocktails inspired by local spirit artisans and companies, and delicious bites from a variety of Austin eateries. There will also be a variety of opportunities to support the Open Door Initiative through donations and the purchase of tickets for our Grand Prize raffle. 

The evening will be vibrant – guests will have the chance to learn more about our programs while also engaging in some play-based fun of their own and enjoying tasty nibbles and sips. Play. Learn. Give. It’s the perfect recipe for a night of fun and impact! 

Rather than asking you to purchase a table or a ticket, we’re inviting all Thinkery donors who give at the $500 level and above*. All proceeds from this event will support Thinkery’s Open Door Initiative, which provides free and discounted admission to Thinkery and our inspirational play-based learning programs to children and families regardless of means .

*Spark After Dark invitations will be extended via email to any donor(s) who has given $500 or more since December 7, 2021, or who makes a qualifying donation before September 30, 2022.
