Membership Auto-Renewal Opt-Out Form

To opt out of Thinkery’s Membership Auto-Renewal Program, please fill out the information below. You must notify us at least three (3) days before your membership expiration date to ensure your credit card is not charged.

By opting out of automatic renewals, your membership will expire on the date listed on your membership card at which point you will no longer have access to your Thinkery membership benefits. You can always choose to renew in the future at thinkeryaustin.org/renew or onsite at Thinkery – Meredith Learning Lab on your next visit.
