Summer is finally here! How will you beat the heat? We hope you’ll spend your break with us as we build, explore and tinker together all summer long.
The next few months are jam-packed with hands-on, fun-filled and STEAM-fueled activities for your family to enjoy. Just take a look at our special summertime programming for adults!
Parents’ Night Out
Ready to enjoy a night out in Mueller? Our next Parents’ Night Out is Friday, July 21 from 5:30–10 pm, and it’s summer fun for everyone. Whether you pop by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema for movie night or grab dinner and drinks at L’Oca d’Oro, Contigo or BD Riley’s, you can have a blast while your kiddos have a blast at Thinkery.
A recent Parents’ Night Out participant had this to say about their experience:
“Just wanted to reach out and say how wonderful it was to be able to go see an awesome movie at my favorite theater chain, all the while knowing my son was having a blast at the Thinkery during Parents’ Night Out. For a single mom, this is a perfect event for me to have a night out as the price for the event is very fair and I know my son loves the Thinkery, so it’s a win-win. It makes my Thinkery membership even more valuable!”
Parents’ Night Out is for children ages 4+. Space is limited, so secure your child’s spot today!
Thinkery21: Come & Make It
OK, so you’ve explored Thinkery with your kids—been there, done that. But have you attended one of our adults-only Thinkery21 programs? Our themed Thinkery21 evenings each delve into a different topic, but all include a cash bar, special activities and delicious nibbles from local food trucks.
Are you obsessed with Pinterest? Down to DIY? Mad for making? Grab a drink (and a glue gun) and showcase your crafting skills—Thinkery21: Come & Make It is Thursday, August 24 from 7–10 pm. Karaoke like a star and make sweet, sweet music with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Barrel O’ Fun. Cuddle up with furry friends from Austin Humane Society and create cute costumes and tasty treats. Medieval making? Yep, it’s a thing. Learn how to cast swords using Bronze Age-technologies. Enjoy a night of making, tinkering, designing and drinking at this special Thinkery21!
There’s no doubt about it—our summer is full of specially-designed programming for babies, toddlers, kids and, yes, adults. How will you spend your remaining weeks of this sizzling summer? We hope it’s tinkering with Thinkery!
