    Summer Field Trip Request Form

    • Please fill out this form to request a Thinkery Summer Field Trip. Field Trips are available Tuesday through Friday in the summer.

      Our staff will contact you to confirm dates and times, based on availability within one week. Reservations are not confirmed until the $25 reservation fee has been paid. This fee is non-refundable and is due immediately upon confirming your visit.

    • School/Organization Contact Information

    • All communication about the visit will go to this person. Please provide the name and contact for the person who will be the lead teacher for the group.
    • Confirmation and invoices will be sent to this address.
    • Please provide the best number to contact for additional information regarding your visit.
    • Please provide the name and contact information for your campus bookkeeper to assist with completing payments.

    • Group Information

      Each time slot can accommodate 60 students. Students should be divided into small groups of one adult for every eight students.

    • Max of 60 students per time slot.
      If you are bringing children with different grade levels or a grade not listed, please describe in “Other”

      Times are: • 9:30 am – 11:00am • 10:30 am -12:00pm • 11:30 am – 1:00pm If your school/organization is outside the Austin area, please select the 10:30 am or 11:30 am option.
